ECERS-3™, ITERS-3™ and FCCERS-3™ Certification Training (ages 0-5)

Prepare for a Colorado Shines Rating by getting ERS certified. This training includes a full-day observation with a QAT team member, where you must score a classroom with 75% agreement to pass.

This three-hour overview of the ERS scales covers best practices for child health, safety, social-emotional development, and intellectual stimulation, with hands-on activities to help you meet the criteria.

An Introduction to the Environment Rating Scales - Third Edition (ages 0-5)

Learn the “Big Three” components of the ERS-3 scales: access to materials, teaching interactions, and relationships. You’ll leave with a personalized action plan to implement these ideas.

Educare Best Practices Training: Data Utilization - Data Basics

This four-hour training builds your understanding of data terminology and its purpose in early childhood settings. Learn to apply data to drive continuous quality improvement.

Educare Best Practices Training: Data Utilization - A Deeper Dive into Data

Building on basic data knowledge, this six-hour training teaches you to analyze multiple data sources to make informed decisions and support student and family outcomes.

Fostering Inquiry by Scaffolding Curiosity (ages 3-5)

This training uses children’s books to help you create a classroom environment that fosters curiosity and encourages higher-level thinking skills.

Prepare for your formal Colorado Shines rating , or meet Head Start requirements with our observation services. We offer practice ERS and certified CLASS® observations to support your programs quality improvement goals and provide pre/post evaluations to measure growth.
